  We ship to all countries around the world via the most secure insured method. We will arrange for delivery of the Products with our chosen delivery partner like, Brinks, Malca Amit, Ferrari or other accredited first class couriers. Always free shipping for all UK orders. Outside of the UK fees and Taxes may apply in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

  Return

  Customers are eligible to initiate a return and secure a refund for the full Purchase Price (minus our restocking costs not more than 5% of product price of the day) any undamaged coins. We must receive written notice from the Customer within a period of seven (7) working days starting from the day the Customer receives the Products. The Customer's acknowledgement of receiving the Products is considered to take place at 18:00 on the day when either: (a) the day the Customer physically acquires possession of the Products; or (b) the day the Customer receives written confirmation from Aurum indicating that the Products have been entrusted to an independent depository on the Customer's behalf, whichever occurs first. Your return will usually be processed within a fourteen (14) day window. A Notification email will be sent to notify you once the return has been completed.
